Pay for the people
you can
actually reach.
Buy a pack of records a month. The price per record falls as the volume rises, you set the cap and we stop at it, and anything we cannot make contactable is handed over free.
Four sizes and a custom one
A pack is a monthly ceiling on billable records - one identified person, deduplicated for the month, carrying a phone number or an email address. People we identify but cannot reach either way still arrive, with their name and postal address, and never touch the count. Monthly, no contract, no setup fee, cancel whenever you like.
- Covers a site doing up to about 1,100 visits a month
- The whole product, nothing withheld for a bigger plan
- Enough to find out whether this works for you
- Covers a site doing up to about 5,800 visits a month
- Where a one-location contractor usually lands
- Service-area filtering, so the call queue stays local
- Covers a site doing up to about 17,500 visits a month
- Where multi-van trades and growing stores sit
- Enough volume to run a mail list and a mail run at once
- Covers a site doing up to about 23,500 visits a month
- The last 250 records on this pack cost $0.90 each
- Several sites under one cap if that suits you better
Agencies running ten client sites, retailers with a site per region, anyone whose traffic puts them past Scale. One cap across every property or a separate cap and a separate invoice per property - whichever way your billing actually works.
Every record you add makes the last one cheaper
The gap between two packs matters more than the headline rate on either. Moving from Growth to Scale buys 250 more records for $225 - ninety cents each - because the matching work behind them is already done. That is also why we prompt you to move up instead of quietly charging overage: near the top of a pack, the next pack is almost always the cheaper answer, and a pricing page that hides that is setting up an argument later.
Price per record on each pack, at that pack's full volume. Rates are per identified record carrying a phone number or an email address - records with neither are delivered free and are not counted here. Custom is a floor, not a fixed rate.
What would your traffic actually produce?
Run on illustrative rates, stated as such. If the answer for your site is a small number, this will say so - a pack you cannot fill is the fastest way to end up hating this product.
Set it to 100% if you sell nationwide. It changes who is worth ringing, not how many records you get - the out-of-area ones still carry a verified postal address, and about a quarter of them an email.
Only the billable figure is charged and only it counts against your cap. The free ones come back with a verified postal address but no phone and no email, and we deliver them anyway because they are worth a mail run - we will not bill you for somebody you cannot contact.
An estimate, not a quote. Install the pixel, leave it a week, and the app will tell you the real number for your site before you have paid anything.
You will never open a bill you did not choose
Metered products earn their bad name by billing first and explaining afterwards. This one stops. When your site starts producing more records than your pack holds, we hold the extras back, show you exactly what they would have cost, and wait for you to say yes.
You get an email at 80% of your cap and another at 100%. Both are on for everybody and neither can be switched off.
The in-app prompt. Inside a billable set the phone and email shares run higher than across every identified record, because a record only becomes billable once it has one or the other. 201 + 75 - 26 = 250.
The $250 plan gets the whole product
There is no integration tier, no enrichment add-on and no compliance upgrade. Volume is the only thing that changes between packs.
The whole compliance layer
The fifteen-minute floor, the national DNC screen, your own suppression list, one opt-out that clears a person from every destination at once, and privacy-policy language drafted for your site. None of it is a tier and none of it can be switched off.
A written opening line on every contactable record
Ready to read as it stands, and written so it never references your website, the pages somebody looked at, or the fact that you saw them browsing. This one line is what keeps a call on the right side of the line.
The phone append
Not a per-record extra and not an upsell. It runs on everything, and every number it finds is screened before it reaches you.
All twenty-plus destinations
Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Attentive, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Go High Level, Meta, Google, Shopify, direct mail, a printable call sheet, webhooks and the API. Nobody pays extra to connect the thing they already own.
Every household attribute we hold
Age, income range, net worth band, home value, ownership, dwelling type, marital status, children, occupation and the rest - on every pack. A blank field means the provider had no value for that household, never that we held it back for a bigger plan.
Unlimited seats, and your data on the way out
Put your whole team in it at no charge. Export everything to CSV whenever you like, including on the day you cancel. We do not hold records hostage to a renewal.

Session detail - internal only, never say it aloud
Illustrative fill rates. Your own arrive in your first week, which beats discovering them in week three.
Six things we get asked for and will not sell you
Two of these were asked for by name on sales calls. Neither exists. Any vendor who says otherwise is reselling something else or guessing, and you will find out which in month two.
The questions people actually ask
Including the uncomfortable ones. If an answer here puts you off, it has done its job - we would rather lose the sale than the second month.
Start freeIs this legal?
Yes, and the constraints elsewhere on this page are the reason. The data is US consumer-household data, licensed from providers operating under CCPA, CPRA and the state privacy laws that followed them. An opt-out is honoured across every destination at once. Every appended phone number is screened against the national Do Not Call file and against your own suppression list before the record reaches you.
You install privacy-policy language and a consent notice along with the pixel. We check for it on every sync and will not turn a pixel on without it - not as a favour to you, but because one customer skipping it becomes a problem for all of them.
We are not your lawyers, and outbound calling rules vary by state. What we will not do is sell you a way around any of it.
Why fifteen minutes? Everyone else says real-time.
Because real-time already happened and it went badly. The provider offered instant delivery once. A car dealer used it to ring two people who were still on the site, asking about the exact vehicles they had been looking at. It went to lawyers, and the provider's counsel settled it by buying both of those people their cars. Real-time ended that week and so did the raw phone field - the append we run today exists because the original field was taken away.
So the fifteen-minute floor is on every pack including the $250 one, there is no setting to shorten it, and no amount of money moves it. If a competitor offers you real-time, ask them what happens the first time one of your reps does what that dealer did.
Why is the email fill rate only 23%?
Because we drop anything that will not deliver. A name and a postal address come back on effectively every record - the match is made on the household, and a household has an address. An email is a completely different asset: it has to be current, deliverable and legally usable, and most households in the graph do not have one that clears all three.
We could publish a far bigger number by counting addresses we know will bounce. That number would cost you your sender reputation inside a quarter, which is worth considerably more than the records are. A smaller list your ESP accepts beats a bigger one it throttles.
It does mean that if list growth is your entire plan, you should read the estimator carefully before you buy. At 16,000 visits a month you are looking at roughly 205 new email addresses - genuinely good, and not a replacement for everything else you do.
What happens if my site produces more records than my pack?
Nothing you have not agreed to. By default we hard stop: delivery pauses at the cap, the extra records are held rather than charged, and you are billed the pack price and not a cent more. You get an email at 80% of the cap and another at 100%, and neither can be turned off.
Then we show you what the held records would have cost on the next pack up - which is usually less per record than you are already paying, because the curve falls. You can switch on overflow with a dollar ceiling you type in yourself, or ask us to move you up automatically after two full months. All three are settings, and the default is the one that cannot surprise you.
If the same person visits three times, is that three records?
No. Records are deduplicated per person for the billing period, and the record ID is stable, so a returning visitor updates the record you already have rather than adding a new one. The estimator on this page already works in deduplicated records, which is why the rate against raw visits looks lower than you might expect.
Do unused records roll over?
No, and we would rather explain that than dress it up. A pack is capacity, not currency - the matching and the append happen whether you use the result or not. If you are consistently finishing the month at half your cap you are on the wrong pack, and the app says so and offers to move you down.
Can I cancel? Is there a contract or a setup fee?
Month to month, no contract, no minimum term, no setup fee, and no charge for installing the pixel. Cancel in the app and it stops at the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not make you email anybody to do it.
Your records leave with you. Export the lot to CSV on the way out, and ask us to delete our copy - that happens within thirty days.
Do you sell my visitors' data to anyone else?
No. Records identified on your site go to you and to the destinations you connect, and nowhere else. We do not resell them, we do not pool them into a shared audience, and we do not use them to build something we sell to your competitor down the road.
To be precise about what we are not claiming: the consumer graph we match against is licensed, it exists independently of you, and it is the same graph whether you are a customer or not. Installing the pixel does not add your visitors to it.
What if the real numbers come back smaller than the estimate?
Then you will know inside a week, before you have paid for a full month. Install the pixel, leave it running, and the app reports your real identification rate against your real traffic. If it is materially below what the estimator said, move down a pack or walk away. The estimator is an estimate and we are not going to pretend it is a contract.
Find out who came yesterday.
Install the pixel, leave it a day, and we will show you the actual people who were on your site. If the list is not worth paying for, do not pay for it.
